Dr. Brian Espinoza is a Psychiatrist who works with MHCA Physician Assistants to help with supervision and oversight. Dr. Espinoza has over 3 decades of experience with medication treatments available to help patients obtain wellness.
Channing Cabanillas, PA-C, is a certified Physician Assistant who works with patients of varying ages and backgrounds to help them gain a better understanding of their own mental health and implement positive changes. Channing accomplishes this through collaboration on behavioral changes and supportive psychotherapy.

Dr. Palsdottir is currently the chief psychologist at Mental Health Center of America, developing clinical services, supervising mental health professionals, and conducting comprehensive psychological assessments for general mental health concerns.

Alaina Vacco, PA-C, is a Physician Assistant for mental health and wellness of adults and adolescents. Alaina believes that a collaborative approach to emotional and mental well-being through counseling, nutrition, medications, mindfulness, and other modalities enables people to achieve their greatest levels of healing.
Raul Rivera, PA-C, is a physician assistant who works with and manages patients dealing with various mental health illnesses such as depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder, by utilizing antidepressant, antianxiety, and mood-stabilizing medications that are tailored to a patient’s symptoms.

Dr. Northup, PsyD, MSW is a psychology post-doctoral resident who works with adults and adolescents from diverse backgrounds. Dr. Northup helps individuals utilize their own strengths and internal resources to achieve mental wellbeing and increased life satisfaction.
